LONG STORY
I actually have never had a legal middle name. But when I was in high school my then boyfriend decided I needed one. He coined the name Emily Azalea. The years have passed and I get to call that boyfriend my husband now! We live in the South Jordan Utah raising our 4 kids. They’re the motivation for most everything I do.
I started designing in 2013 when my husband went to graphic design school. I was jealous of everything he was learning and taught myself how to use Photoshop. That journey led me into every creative outlet I have had for the past 10 years.
From font creation, to hand-lettering, to owning our own wood sign business, to selling digital printables, to surface pattern design, I have dabbled in a lot of various creative endeavors.
I love being able to create and make things pretty. It is so fulfilling to me to hold something tangible in my hands that I designed!
So I am finally pursuing the dream I have had for years, to license my work! I would love the opportunity to share my work with the world, to walk into the store, pull something off the shelf and say, I designed this, this was made by Emily Azalea.
